Audacious Athlete | PHASE FOUR

This program will give you a glimpse into how I design my training. That’s right, the #BetaCrew and I have completed this program in its entirety!
 
It was designed specifically for the close of 2018 contest prep season and I have also been using it for the start to my off season as well. It’s a training cycle split designed for all levels with access to a gym. The benefit of this program is that it has been FINE TUNED by my incredible Beta Crew. We went through every week and and custom designed the core workout during the Facebook Live chat to perfect PHASE FOUR. 

MORE ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

The split is not your usual training split you see in many programs. It's a 6-day cycle featuring: 

- 3 days of posterior chain recruitment (back, rear delts, glutes, & hamstrings) 

- 2 days of chest and arm recruitment 

- 1 comprehensive lower body day 

- PLUS Core circuit training each week

- LIFETIME access to the @AudaciousAthletes Instagram account with every purchase - this account features a full movement library with voice overs helping you better understand execution of movements.

 

*Some participants; (including myself) may take longer than 5-WEEKS to complete the program in its entirety. That okay too! I want to help you understand the pace that is perfect for YOU.

Audacious Athlete | PHASE THREE

The Audacious Athlete PHASE THREE program is the "sister" program to PHASE FOUR.

It's a similar split set up featuring:
- A 6-day training cycle
- 3 days per week of posterior chain recruitment (back, rear delts, glutes, & hamstrings)
- 2 days of chest and arm recruitment
- 1 comprehensive lower body day
- PLUS a CORE CIRCUIT workout each week.

- LIFETIME access to the @AudaciousAthletes Instagram account with every purchase - this account features a full movement library with voice overs helping you better understand execution of movements.

The Audacious Athletes phase 3 program was my first experience with any of the AA programs and I am so happy I joined. The split is not the typical “bro” split and trains each muscle group at least twice a week, which has resulted in incredible growth in strength as well as mass. This was the exact change I needed after a year of bro split and a recent plateau. I was able to hit a PR in all the lifts by week 3 and again in week 4. I thought Phase 2 was exciting, but Phase 3 has been my favorite BY FAR! Having been able to be a part of all 3 trainers thus far I can assure anyone that works these programs that they will work for you! I have definitely been able to push my body further and harder than I would have thought, and the PR’s and strength increases just keep coming. Guys and gals at the gym ask me what kind of program I am working and have also noticed the changes in my physique. While the aesthetics are great, just being able to do 3 unassisted pull-ups for me is pretty darn exciting!
